Established in the summer 2022, E23 Digital provides a wide range of digital creative services with its main focus on the web design and development for progressive nonprofits and advocacy organizations, labor unions, and Democratic campaigns.
With twenty years of professional experience as a digital campaigner, Matt Ortega is a veteran operative with a particular focus on compelling creative strategies for design and development. E23 was named for the Oakland street his grandparents lived since 1941 and he was partially raised as a child.
